Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Process Design - Productivity & Controls (PDPC) to lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s, in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma will be considered an advantage.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added benefit.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in process design, business analysis, or related roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PDPC team in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and strengthen internal controls.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Manage and mentor Process Design Officers by assigning projects, monitoring progress, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development.
  • Conduct research on global and local best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements to improve internal processes.
  • Review and evaluate process improvement proposals for operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders to present proposals, secure approvals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain high-quality process documentation and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
