Job Overview
Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is seeking a dedicated and experienced District Coordinator to oversee district-level program operations, stakeholder coordination, logistics management, and implementation of health initiatives in Dera Bugti. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the health sector and a proven track record of working with government agencies, national organizations, and international development partners.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Office Management
- Manage district office operations, warehouse activities, and district-level teams.
- Ensure smooth implementation of program activities according to approved plans.
- Monitor and supervise operational and administrative functions within the district.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain close coordination with district government counterparts and health authorities.
- Facilitate collaboration between public and private healthcare facilities.
- Organize and lead district-level coordination meetings and follow up on action points.
Training & Capacity Building
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings for healthcare staff.
- Support capacity-building initiatives related to grant-funded interventions.
- Participate in trainings organized by the Program Management Unit (PMU).
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor logistics and supply records to ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys in collaboration with PMU teams.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and provide timely program updates.
- Maintain organized data records for quarterly reporting and program evaluations.
Additional Duties
- Support the implementation of monthly and quarterly work plans.
- Perform any other program-related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Experience
✅ Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
✅ 4–5 years of experience in the health sector.
✅ Experience working with government agencies, national NGOs, or international organizations.
✅ Strong coordination, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and district-level operations effectively.
