We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and company assets. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor store premises to prevent theft, fraud, and unauthorized activities.
• Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance monitoring (including CCTV where applicable).
• Ensure compliance with company loss prevention and security policies.
• Inspect bags, goods movement, and staff/customer activities when required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and security observations.
• Coordinate with store management and the security team to address security concerns.
• Assist customers while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Support the implementation of safety and risk management procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant security experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
