The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining engineering standards, and leading a high-performing technical team.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess at least one of the following qualifications:

• BE Electrical Engineering
• BE Mechanical Engineering
• BE Electronics Engineering
• Master of Engineering

Professional Requirement

• Must be a registered member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
• Must hold the status of Professional Engineer (PE)

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Maintenance Management

• Develop and implement engineering systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure safety of employees, guests, facilities, machinery, and assets.
• Establish maintenance service standards and monitor compliance.
• Prepare and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments.

Budgeting & Resource Planning

• Prepare capital expenditure and repair & maintenance budgets.
• Monitor engineering expenditures and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintenance materials.

Energy & Sustainability

• Develop strategies for efficient energy utilization.
• Introduce environmentally friendly systems and equipment.
• Identify innovative technologies and materials to improve operational performance.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Liaise with government authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
• Oversee health, safety, fire protection, and disaster management measures.
• Handle engineering-related legal and regulatory matters.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify development needs.
• Recommend hiring, promotions, salary increments, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a productive work environment.

Project & Quality Control

• Ensure renovated and newly completed areas meet required specifications.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Maintain quality standards across all engineering operations.
