The Manager Product (POS & RAAST) is a full-stack acquiring product role responsible for driving growth of the Bank’s merchant acceptance ecosystem. The role focuses on POS acquiring, RAAST P2M expansion, revenue generation, and end-to-end product ownership across the payment lifecycle.
This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial partnerships, regulatory compliance, and digital payments execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product roadmap for POS acquiring and RAAST P2M solutions, ensuring continuous optimization post-launch
Expand merchant acceptance network across POS, RAAST QR, and Tap-on-Phone channels
Define acquisition strategy, activation SLAs, and performance reporting frameworks
Identify and manage strategic partners; negotiate MDR and revenue-sharing models
Improve payment performance metrics including transaction success rates, authorization, settlement accuracy, and terminal uptime
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging payment trends to design go-to-market strategies
Lead RAAST merchant acquisition and ensure compliance with SBP regulations
Collaborate with Compliance & Legal for all product approvals and go-lives
Develop dashboards with analytics teams for performance tracking and insights
Prepare periodic performance and business reports for senior leadership
Own merchant onboarding journey improvements based on data and field feedback
Ensure documentation of product manuals, user stories, and training materials
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Experience: 4 to 7 years of Banking / Non-Banking experience
Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on date of application
