Position Overview

NBP is seeking talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the position of HR Officer (OG-III / OG-II) within the Human Resource Management function.

Wing Head

Eligibility Criteria

Education / Professional Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan
• Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or related HR professional certifications will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective team player
• Service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good understanding of HR functions

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships
• Support the team in performing HR-related BAU (Business As Usual) activities
• Assist in implementation of HR initiatives and projects
• Respond to HR-related queries and requests
• Maintain relevant databases and prepare reports when required
• Stay updated with modern HR practices and market trends
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Assessment Process
