About the Role
National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales growth, achieving targets, and executing effective sales strategies to strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
- Create daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers for effective market coverage.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor target achievement and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise and motivate order bookers to achieve sales objectives and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate outlet coverage, productivity, and market dynamics.
- Ensure execution of trade marketing activities according to approved plans.
- Design and implement effective sales plans and Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives.
- Manage territory budgets, sales forecasts, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximize market share.

Eligibility Criteria
Education

Experience
