Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth objectives.
- Promote and sell banking products by developing strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while strictly adhering to bank SOPs and ethical standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets through regular field visits and market research.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding banking products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement and support.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns in accordance with the bank's Fair Treatment of Customers policy.
Credit Evaluation & Loan Processing
- Assess customer profiles using established credit evaluation principles.
- Conduct field visits and physical verifications of prospective clients.
- Process loan applications in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure genuine lending practices and avoid unauthorized or non-compliant lending activities.
Collections & Compliance
- Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collections through proactive customer communication.
- Guide customers to make repayments through authorized banking channels only.
- Handle customer documentation with care and confidentiality.
- Report any suspected fraud, irregularities, or potential risks to management promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal control standards.
Reporting & Planning
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and performance reports.
- Conduct periodic customer meetings as required under product programs.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and provide feedback for service improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 0β1 year of relevant experience in banking, sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
