Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a passionate and motivated Nutrition Specialist – Infant Nutrition to join its team in Sargodha. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providing accurate, science-based information on infant and maternal nutrition solutions while ensuring full compliance with the WHO Code and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Professional Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pediatricians, gynecologists, and paramedical staff.
- Conduct structured visits and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Position Nestlé as a trusted source of evidence-based infant and maternal nutrition information.
Scientific Detailing & Education
- Deliver scientific product information, including features, benefits, and appropriate usage guidelines.
- Organize and facilitate scientific activities such as:
- Group presentations
- Speaker sessions
- Roundtable discussions
- Support participation in medical conferences, seminars, and professional forums.
Territory Management
- Execute territory plans to maximize coverage and engagement effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescribing behaviors.
- Provide actionable market insights to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of healthcare professional interactions through CRM systems.
Collaboration & Asset Management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and execution of plans.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company resources and materials.
Compliance & Ethical Standards
- Strict adherence to the WHO Code and Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes is mandatory.
- No direct or indirect business engagement with pregnant women or mothers of infants.
- All activities must comply with Nestlé policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in nutrition, healthcare, or pharmaceutical detailing.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience organizing scientific or medical engagement activities.
- Strong planning, execution, and territory management capabilities.
