Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Master’s Degree/MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in:
- Paint Industry
- Construction Materials Industry
- FMCG Sector

Sales & Financial Performance
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Pricing & Commercial Management

Sales Pipeline Management
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
- Ensure a healthy sales funnel for continuous business growth.
Territory Expansion
- Identify untapped markets and business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer reach.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Prospect and convert new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and growth.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Credit & Discount Control
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies.
