Job Requirements

Education

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive stock deliveries at the warehouse dock, verify items against purchase orders, and promptly report any damaged or expired products.
• Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving and newly arrived merchandise from the warehouse to the sales floor according to category plans.
• Create attractive product displays on end caps, gondolas, and promotional tables while supporting weekly and seasonal merchandising campaigns.
• Arrange garments and merchandise according to size and color standards, ensuring accurate tagging, labeling, and pricing.
• Organize backroom inventory efficiently using proper stock rotation methods (FIFO), barcode-facing practices, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain shelves and displays according to approved planograms, color guidelines, pricing standards, and merchandising layouts to ensure a customer-friendly shopping environment.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility and improve the overall shopping experience.
• Ensure sales floor presentation standards are maintained throughout every shift.
