The role is responsible for managing survey operations, analyzing survey results, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage customer surveys, survey inspections, and related reporting activities
- Gather and analyze relevant information for survey planning and execution
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, habits, and interests
- Support the development of initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service standards
- Prepare reports and actionable insights based on survey findings and customer feedback
