Meezan Bank Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the position of Service Officer. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience in service operations and merchant support.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree, from an HEC-recognized institute/university
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall service delivery, POS support operations, and inactive terminal culling to maintain optimal merchant network productivity
- Install, configure, download software for, and troubleshoot POS terminals while ensuring effective inventory control of devices and accessories
- Assist merchants in resolving complex transaction disputes, chargebacks, and daily financial reconciliation issues
- Coordinate daily inventory updates with supervisors and collaborate with internal teams to reactivate dormant merchant accounts
