Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Handle hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality
