About the Role

Hoechst Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to strengthen its digital presence, drive online engagement, and support business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Drive website traffic through content optimization and user engagement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online listings to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Develop and implement content strategies to enhance organic reach and audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key digital performance indicators including reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights for stakeholders.
• Support digital media buying and paid advertising campaigns in collaboration with agencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve SEO, social media growth, and overall digital footprint.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with social media tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO practices.
• Strong analytical, creative, and execution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
