The organization supports out-of-school children, partners with public schools, and provides emergency aid and rehabilitation services to crisis-affected communities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage rehabilitation and renovation activities of schools and community water facilities.
• Monitor daily construction work according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP contractors, skilled workers, and labor teams.
• Ensure project quality, safety standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, including site photographs and work updates.
• Inspect and verify construction materials, storage conditions, and inventory records.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, attendance sheets, stock registers, and inspection reports.
• Prepare site expenses and bills for approval.
• Coordinate with project management to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Education:

• DAE (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil)

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with DAE (Civil), OR
• Minimum 2 years of experience with B.Tech (Civil)

✅ Additional Requirements

• Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
• Candidates from Swat and Buner districts will be preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
