Job Description

Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly capable Strategy Analyst and Manager to support strategic growth initiatives, business expansion, and corporate development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and investor-focused communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from LUMS, IBA, or an equivalent institution in one of the following disciplines:

  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • Related fields

Candidates with CA / CFA qualification or those actively pursuing certification will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • IPO advisory
  • Capital markets transactions
  • Investment banking
  • Equity research
  • Corporate strategy & business development
  • Transaction advisory
  • Corporate finance
  • Strategic planning

Experience with investor presentations and executive-level strategic reporting is essential.

Preferred Exposure

Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in:

  • IPO processes
  • PSX listings
  • Investor roadshows
  • Equity fundraising
  • Preparing pitch decks
  • Investment teasers
  • Strategic presentations for senior management, investors, or Board members

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives and corporate growth projects
  • Identify business expansion opportunities and strategic investments
  • Prepare high-quality pitch decks, business proposals, and investor presentations
  • Assist in IPO-related activities including market research and investor positioning
  • Coordinate with advisors during transaction processes
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and business plans
  • Analyze operational and financial performance data
  • Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and management presentations
  • Evaluate partnerships, ventures, and commercial opportunities in the logistics sector
