We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive Franchise Operations to support and oversee franchise store operations across our growing network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, franchise compliance, and seamless coordination between franchise partners and internal departments.
This position is responsible for monitoring franchise performance, managing operational documentation, supporting new franchise launches, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all franchise locations. The role also contributes to franchise development initiatives, store renovations, inventory freshness management, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day franchise operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure franchise compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and launching new franchise outlets.
- Monitor store performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Manage franchise agreements, documentation, and operational records.
- Address franchise operational concerns and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve store efficiency and customer experience.
- Support franchise renovation and store enhancement projects.
- Monitor stock freshness and inventory-related operational requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and management presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of retail and franchise operations.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, data analysis, and documentation management.
- Ability to monitor operational performance and ensure process compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in franchise operations, retail operations, or a similar role.
