Job Overview

Aghosh Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Warden to support the effective management and day-to-day operations of Aghosh Home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and disciplined environment for resident children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Warden/Administrator in the overall supervision and management of the facility.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, discipline, and emotional development of resident children.
  • Monitor and supervise daily routines, activities, and implementation of approved schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders regarding children's welfare and operational matters.
  • Observe student behavior and promote a positive, supportive living environment.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of facilities, and proper inventory management.
  • Implement organizational policies, procedures, and child-care standards effectively.
  • Support the development of a caring and secure atmosphere that promotes the holistic growth of children.

Requirements

  • Graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, hostel management, education, childcare, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Commitment to child welfare, discipline, and professional ethics.
