Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Warden/Administrator in the overall supervision and management of the facility.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, discipline, and emotional development of resident children.
- Monitor and supervise daily routines, activities, and implementation of approved schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders regarding children's welfare and operational matters.
- Observe student behavior and promote a positive, supportive living environment.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of facilities, and proper inventory management.
- Implement organizational policies, procedures, and child-care standards effectively.
- Support the development of a caring and secure atmosphere that promotes the holistic growth of children.
Requirements
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, hostel management, education, childcare, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
