Job Description
Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong corporate and client networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- MBA (Marketing) or BBA (Hons) from a recognized institution.
- Certification in Hotel Management & Tourism will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of market analysis and sales promotion strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
