About the Role

National Foods Limited is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales Reporting to strengthen its Sales Management Information System (MIS) function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate sales insights, managing master data, developing KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & MIS Management

• Manage and oversee all sales-related MIS activities and reporting processes.
• Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Establish a strong Sales MIS framework to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure timely availability of business insights through effective reporting systems.

Data Management & System Integrity

• Manage and centralize master data across the sales network.
• Maintain data accuracy for products, customers, and distributors.
• Ensure system integrity and minimize discrepancies in sales information.
• Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across business applications.

KPI Development & Performance Monitoring

• Design and implement meaningful sales KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics and support business reviews.
• Facilitate data-driven performance management across sales functions.

Process Improvement & Policy Development

• Identify gaps within existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of policies and processes.
• Promote best practices for reporting and information management.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for sales-related system enhancements.
• Support timely delivery of sales automation and reporting projects.
• Liaise with third-party service providers handling secondary sales data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop meaningful reports and dashboards.

Team Leadership

• Supervise MIS team activities and ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources to support sales operations nationwide.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduate)

Experience

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Sales Reporting, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related function.
• Experience within FMCG or large-scale sales organizations will be preferred.
