Position Overview

Aghosh Homes is seeking a compassionate and responsible Foster Mother to provide a nurturing, supportive, and family-like environment for children residing at Aghosh Gujranwala. The selected candidate will play a vital role in the upbringing, emotional well-being, and character development of assigned children.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in childcare, education, hostel management, or a similar caregiving role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide moral, ethical, and character-building guidance to students.
• Ensure the proper upbringing (Tarbiyah) of children under your care.
• Supervise and support junior Aghoshians residing in the hostel.
• Implement and maintain daily routines according to the assigned schedule.
• Act as a mother figure by providing holistic care, guidance, and mentorship.
• Offer round-the-clock care, emotional support, and attention to assigned children.
• Foster a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment that promotes personal growth and well-being.
