About the Role
Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated individuals to join its Front Office team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and aspiring hospitality professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations and guest services.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and assist in the smooth operation of telephone operator functions.
- Support front desk activities, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist in Guest Relations operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Observe and support room reservation processes and systems.
- Learn and assist with luggage handling and guest assistance services.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least one of the following:
- FA / Intermediate
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation)
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
