We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst – Retail Operations to support data-driven decision-making across Sales and Operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, maintaining business intelligence dashboards, and assisting management in improving operational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze retail and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards for effective decision-making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in improving reporting processes and operational efficiency.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data validation, forecasting techniques, and performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or data crunching.
• Experience in the Retail industry will be highly preferred.
