The Relationship Officer – Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving asset (loan) growth. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering suitable lending solutions, and ensuring responsible credit delivery in line with bank policies and regulatory standards.

You will act as a dedicated point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth loan processing, responsible sales practices, and high-quality service delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch-level growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for asset product sales
• Ensure achievement of loan sales targets through ethical and SOP-compliant practices
• Promote bank products while identifying new business opportunities and potential markets
• Assess customer credit profiles using the “Five C’s of Credit”
• Conduct physical verification of clients before loan booking
• Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive customer follow-ups
• Maintain strict compliance with internal controls, SBP regulations, and bank policies
• Prevent risky practices such as adjustment lending or improper loan usage
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to line management
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure high service standards and zero customer complaints
• Safeguard all customer documents and ensure proper handling procedures
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the line manager
• Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of credit and lending operations will be an advantage
