Job Overview

The Bank of Punjab is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the position of Associate Manager – Compliance Assurance (North). The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance reviews, internal control testing, branch assessments, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations and operational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Compliance Reviews and ICFR Testing of assigned branches.
• Complete scheduled reviews within allocated timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to reviews and testing activities.
• Assist branches in rectifying observations and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct closing meetings with branch management regarding review findings.
• Prepare and submit review reports to the Manager/Unit Head.
• Develop and enhance knowledge of banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to branch staff where required.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by departmental management.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in:
  • Compliance Reviews
  • Internal Control Testing
  • Internal Audit
  • Banking Operations

Age Limit

• Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
