Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships
Job Responsibilities
- Drive NTB/ETB sales, deposits, and cross-selling targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure regular follow-ups with customers
- Maintain sales reporting and compliance with bank policies
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Promote Shariah-compliant banking products and services
