Position Overview

Vital Petroleum is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Retail Development to support its Retail Back Office operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in retail operations, data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Development team in maintaining records, reports, and documentation.
• Support data entry, compilation, and updating of retail operational information.
• Coordinate with internal departments for routine follow-ups and task execution.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and official correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail Back Office team.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• MBA graduates or candidates pursuing an MBA will be preferred.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
