We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Associate to support continuous improvement initiatives across our retail operations. This role is responsible for analyzing store performance, identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving process enhancements that improve productivity, compliance, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor operational performance, recommend improvement strategies, and ensure consistent execution of operational standards across the retail network. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze store and operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.
  • Support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across retail locations.
  • Monitor compliance with operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve execution.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management review.
  • Assist in developing and sharing best practices across the retail network.
  • Track improvement projects and measure their impact on operational performance.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer experience through operational improvements.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and performance analysis.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, process improvement, and operational compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or a similar role.
