We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager Sales (HoReCa / Office & Industrial) to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The role focuses on strategic sales planning, performance management, and competitor analysis to ensure sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in local markets and identify new opportunities
- Achieve defined sales, revenue, and profitability targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers across HoReCa and O&I segments
- Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance (turnover, margins, losses, frequency, and average order value) to optimize results
- Gather customer insights, needs, and expectations to propose effective solutions in coordination with Store and Sales Management teams
- Conduct market surveys to track competitor activity and recommend actionable strategies for business growth
- Collaborate closely with Regional Field Operations Manager, Area Manager, Customer Experience Managers, and Store Managers
- Manage and grow customer portfolio, including activation of new business accounts
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution to improve satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with key customers to understand evolving needs and strengthen relationships
- Review and approve operational activities of sales team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
- Strong experience in sales, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, or B2B distribution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
