The role plays a key part in consolidating accounts, monitoring transactions, and facilitating smooth financial reporting between the Head Office and hospital campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support the consolidation of hospital financial accounts and reports.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with outreach campus finance teams and departmental stakeholders.
• Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting activities.
• Facilitate the smooth flow of financial information between Head Office and hospital campuses.
• Support audits and other finance-related compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Master's degree or those who are ACCA, CA, or ICMA part-qualified/finalists will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial monitoring processes.
