Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to join its Business Banking team. This role is responsible for driving asset sales, developing strong customer relationships, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will contribute to business growth through ethical sales practices and excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional engagement.
- Promote and sell loan products in accordance with bank policies and SOPs.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor for customers regarding banking products and services.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
Credit Assessment & Loan Processing
- Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit framework.
- Conduct market assessments and physical verifications of prospective clients.
- Process loan applications in strict compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Ensure all customer documentation is handled securely and responsibly.
Collections & Portfolio Management
- Monitor repayment schedules and maintain proactive communication with borrowers.
- Ensure timely collection of loan installments according to established procedures.
- Guide customers to make repayments only through authorized bank channels.
- Maintain portfolio quality by adhering to risk management practices.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal controls.
- Report any suspected fraud, misconduct, or potential financial loss to management.
- Follow fair customer treatment policies and maintain service excellence.
- Ensure all operations comply with organizational standards and ethical practices.
Reporting & Planning
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and track deviations.
- Conduct regular customer meetings as required under product programs.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through customer and market feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of credit assessment and lending processes.
