About the Role

Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives, brand promotion, public relations activities, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, managing promotional campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with media and tourism stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding Serena properties.

✅ Manage inventory and distribution of promotional, marketing, and printed materials.

✅ Maintain marketing databases, cardex systems, catalogs, and photographic archives.

✅ Develop and update prospective client lists for direct marketing campaigns.

✅ Coordinate periodic mailings, greeting cards, promotional letters, and sales communications.

✅ Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns with agencies, artists, and media partners.

✅ Manage and monitor social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.

✅ Launch digital marketing campaigns to promote events, offers, and promotional activities.

✅ Coordinate with tourism organizations, airlines, hotels, motels, and rest houses to strengthen partnerships.

✅ Recommend and support public relations initiatives aligned with annual PR objectives.

✅ Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on PR and marketing activities.

✅ Build and maintain positive relationships with newspapers, magazines, and media representatives.

✅ Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess one of the following:

🎓 BBA (Hons)
🎓 MBA (Marketing)
🎓 MSc in Hospitality Management
🎓 Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management
