๐ Key Responsibilities
โ Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management of Aghosh Home.
โ Ensure the physical, emotional, educational, and social well-being of resident children.
โ Supervise daily activities and ensure adherence to approved schedules and routines.
โ Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
โ Coordinate with staff, guardians, and relevant stakeholders as required.
โ Monitor student conduct and promote a disciplined, safe, and supportive environment.
โ Oversee cleanliness, inventory management, and proper utilization of resources.
โ Implement organizational policies, procedures, and child welfare standards effectively.
