Position Overview

METRO Pakistan is seeking a vigilant and proactive Security & Loss Prevention Executive to oversee security operations, asset protection, loss prevention activities, and compliance with safety procedures at its store and warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in safeguarding company assets, ensuring operational security, and supporting risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Act as Security Duty Manager in the absence of the Department Manager Security.

✅ Coordinate all security and loss prevention matters with store and warehouse teams.

✅ Ensure asset protection, perimeter security, and effective deployment of security personnel.

✅ Investigate and report security and safety incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

✅ Monitor implementation of operational and security SOPs and report non-compliance.

✅ Ensure adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies.

✅ Protect company property against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.

✅ Monitor fuel and goods receiving processes.

✅ Verify bulk sales by checking quantity, quality, and invoice accuracy before clearance.

✅ Conduct inventory surveillance, surprise audits, and stock verification using GMS and PDT systems.

✅ Ensure compliance with internal consumption and gate pass procedures.

✅ Review stock correction reports and coordinate with relevant departments.

✅ Perform warehouse risk assessments and recommend corrective measures.

✅ Conduct security awareness and operational training sessions for security staff and warehouse teams.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Intermediate qualification with relevant experience may also be considered

💼 Experience

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Security, Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or related operations
