Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for achieving financial targets, managing branch profitability, overseeing lending and deposit mobilization activities, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead branch operations to achieve financial, business, and service objectives.

✅ Drive acquisition of deposits and loans while managing branch budgets effectively.

✅ Ensure branch profitability by maintaining a healthy balance between lending and deposits.

✅ Oversee credit assessment activities and facilitate loan approvals.

✅ Manage daily branch operations, administration, and customer service standards.

✅ Ensure smooth branch opening and closing procedures with proper allocation of responsibilities.

✅ Optimize workforce productivity through effective planning and resource management.

✅ Monitor loan recovery and collection processes to minimize delinquency and losses.

✅ Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions while maintaining process integrity.

✅ Manage branch cash flow to ensure optimum liquidity and operational efficiency.

✅ Develop staff capabilities through training, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.

✅ Prepare the branch for internal, external, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) audits.

✅ Safeguard the bank’s reputation through compliance, transparency, and financial discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• MBA will be preferred.

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking, branch management, or financial services experience.
