Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management and smooth operations of Aghosh Home.
• Ensure the safety, discipline, emotional well-being, and holistic care of resident children.
• Supervise daily routines and ensure the approved timetable is implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient hostel operations.
• Monitor student behavior, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and child welfare standards.
