Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee branch performance, manage lending and deposit portfolios, maintain operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to achieve financial and service excellence.
• Drive growth by increasing loans, deposits, and customer acquisition.
• Maintain a healthy balance between lending and deposits to achieve branch profitability.
• Manage branch expenses efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Evaluate, process, and recommend loan approvals in accordance with bank policies.
• Ensure smooth daily branch operations, including timely opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise operational, administrative, and customer service activities.
• Plan and manage branch cash requirements effectively.
• Monitor collection and recovery activities to minimize delinquency and losses.
• Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions while maintaining process integrity.
• Develop and mentor branch staff through coaching and training initiatives.
• Prepare the branch for internal, external, and SBP audits.
• Safeguard the bank's reputation by ensuring compliance, operational integrity, and financial reconciliation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking or microfinance experience.
• Strong leadership, branch operations, credit management, and customer relationship skills will be an advantage.
