The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, minimizing risks, and maintaining a secure environment for employees, customers, and company assets.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Intermediate with at least 6 years of relevant experience

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce organizational security policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal security controls to maintain appropriate security standards.
• Develop and execute security programs aligned with corporate policies and local legal requirements.
• Lead initiatives to prevent shoplifting, theft, burglary, robbery, fraud, pilferage, and other security threats.
• Continuously evaluate and improve security measures across the store.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local police and law enforcement agencies.
• Develop and execute annual security business plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks through effective processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards, SOPs, and government regulations.
• Handle security-related inquiries and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor workplace health and safety practices.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
