Job Overview
Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring compliance with organizational recruitment policies and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process in line with approved manpower plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on the official careers portal, newspapers, and online job portals.
- Assist hiring managers in developing and updating job descriptions.
- Screen, shortlist, and maintain candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview panels, schedule interviews, and administer recruitment tests.
- Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, work schedules, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Evaluate salary expectations, prepare salary comparison reports, and assist in offer negotiations.
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements, including:
- Reference checks
- Educational verification
- Medical examinations
- Generate employee codes and maintain complete personnel files and employment records.
- Ensure attendance registration for newly hired employees.
- Prepare and process HR correspondence, including:
- Appointment letters
- Confirmation letters
- Contract extensions and renewals
- Resignation, clearance, and experience letters
- Coordinate with the IT department for new employee orientation.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain department for employee visiting card requests.
- Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Dashboard.
- Support Management Trainees through training and guidance.
- Provide backup support during team members' absence.
- Participate in departmental and organizational HR projects.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Head of Department.
