Job Overview

Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring compliance with organizational recruitment policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment and selection process in line with approved manpower plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on the official careers portal, newspapers, and online job portals.
  • Assist hiring managers in developing and updating job descriptions.
  • Screen, shortlist, and maintain candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview panels, schedule interviews, and administer recruitment tests.
  • Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, work schedules, and career opportunities to candidates.
  • Evaluate salary expectations, prepare salary comparison reports, and assist in offer negotiations.
  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements, including:
    • Reference checks
    • Educational verification
    • Medical examinations
  • Generate employee codes and maintain complete personnel files and employment records.
  • Ensure attendance registration for newly hired employees.
  • Prepare and process HR correspondence, including:
    • Appointment letters
    • Confirmation letters
    • Contract extensions and renewals
    • Resignation, clearance, and experience letters
  • Coordinate with the IT department for new employee orientation.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain department for employee visiting card requests.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Dashboard.
  • Support Management Trainees through training and guidance.
  • Provide backup support during team members' absence.
  • Participate in departmental and organizational HR projects.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Head of Department.
