Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and HR administration skills with experience in the development or humanitarian sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee personnel records and the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Manage recruitment activities for approved and budgeted project positions.
- Monitor vacant positions and workforce allocation to prevent under or overstaffing.
- Coordinate employee orientation on organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain project-wise personnel files in the prescribed format.
- Manage staff attendance, timesheets, leave records, and monthly attendance reports.
- Ensure employee benefits and remuneration are administered according to organizational policies.
- Support emergency recruitment activities to meet project timelines.
- Prepare monthly payroll workings and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Issue employment-related letters and HR documentation.
- Prepare periodic HR and attendance reports.
- Register new employees with EOBI and prepare monthly contribution vouchers.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Process employee exit formalities and clearance procedures.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 3β4 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in the INGO sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, HRIS, and employee record management.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
