We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting HR Business Partnering functions. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume hiring, build strong talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to workforce planning, employee retention, internal mobility, and employer branding initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle high-volume hiring across multiple departments.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and salary negotiations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring trackers, and documentation.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with department heads and line managers on recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Support manpower planning, employee retention, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment priorities and ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Act as the HR focal point for assigned business functions.

Workforce Planning

  • Monitor approved headcount, vacancies, replacements, and new positions.
  • Track hiring progress and identify recruitment gaps or delays.
  • Prepare headcount reports, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.
  • Support workforce budgeting and future staffing plans.

Internal Mobility & Talent Management

  • Coordinate internal transfers, promotions, and employee movements.
  • Support succession planning and retention initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal hiring opportunities across departments.

Organizational Development

  • Assist in organizational structure reviews and position planning.
  • Support grading, reporting structures, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analytical data for management.

Employer Branding & Talent Programs

  • Support employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
  • Coordinate campus hiring, internships, trainee programs, and career fairs.
  • Build relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Promote a positive employer brand through excellent candidate engagement.

Recruitment Analytics

  • Prepare recruitment KPIs and dashboards.
  • Analyze sourcing effectiveness, hiring timelines, offer acceptance rates, and workforce metrics.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in:
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Recruitment
    • HR Business Partnering
    • Workforce Planning
    • Recruitment Analytics
  • Experience in high-volume hiring within large or fast-paced organizations will be preferred.
