We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-oriented 3P Cashier to join our Checkout team. The ideal candidate will ensure fast, accurate, and efficient payment processing while delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining smooth checkout operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Process transactions accurately using cash, debit/credit cards, vouchers, and other approved payment methods.
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Guide customers regarding store policies, payment procedures, and return/exchange processes.
• Calculate and reconcile daily sales and payment records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout counter.
• Ensure shopping bags, receipt rolls, and other checkout supplies are readily available.
• Follow company policies for cash handling, security, and special credit sales.
• Promote relevant products and services to customers whenever appropriate.
