Job Overview
Muslim Hands is seeking a dedicated and motivated Cluster Coordinator to oversee a cluster of 15β20 public primary schools under its education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for school management, staff supervision, community engagement, quality education delivery, and achieving project targets at the tehsil/area level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and provide leadership to 15β20 public primary schools.
- Conduct at least two monitoring and support visits per school each month.
- Strengthen community engagement through awareness campaigns promoting primary education.
- Mobilize local communities and stakeholders to actively participate in school improvement initiatives.
- Achieve assigned targets for the enrollment of out-of-school children.
- Ensure 90% or higher daily student attendance across all assigned schools.
- Monitor and improve academic performance, ensuring quality learning and strong assessment outcomes.
- Oversee school administration, procurement, and financial procedures within the assigned cluster.
- Support capacity building and professional development of school staff.
- Identify operational and academic gaps through regular field visits and provide practical solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans and progress reports with recommendations.
- Ensure smooth implementation of project activities through continuous school monitoring.
- Coordinate the distribution of educational supplies and facilitate the provision of missing school facilities.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Master's degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in education, community development, or project management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in community mobilization and education-focused projects.
- Ability to manage multiple schools and field operations efficiently.
- Strong reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Local candidates will be given preference.
