IRC Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and operational skills with hands-on experience in sales support within the Dairy or FMCG industry.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or support roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order booking
• Generate, maintain, and analyze sales performance and operational reports using Excel
• Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Logistics, and Production to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Manage and update sales-related data in ERP and CRM systems
• Support the sales team with reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks
• Ensure efficient execution of sales processes and order management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Dairy or FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of sales operations and order management processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting formats
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
