Job Description

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Regional Coordinator for its Orphan Family Support Program (OFSP) in Islamabad. The successful candidate will assist in regional program implementation, coordinate field operations, monitor project activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely reporting while supporting the organization's mission of serving orphan families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of project activities.
  • Coordinate with field teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Analyze program data and support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in the smooth implementation of regional operational activities.
