Beaconhouse School System is seeking an experienced and dynamic School Head to lead its Early Years Campus in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, effective school operations, staff development, and continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the school's educational vision and academic objectives.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Beaconhouse curriculum and academic standards.
• Monitor teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
• Manage school operations, examinations, and administrative activities efficiently.
• Ensure timely communication with staff, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and execute admission growth strategies through promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor education sector trends and adopt best practices to improve school performance.
