I-Care Foundation is seeking an experienced and thoughtful leader to oversee its Programs, Partnerships & Donor Experience function. The successful candidate will manage strategic partnerships, strengthen operational systems, enhance donor engagement, and contribute to the organization's long-term social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Programs, Partnerships & Donor Experience department and manage the reporting team.
Oversee grant disbursement and monitoring processes with a focus on transparency, accountability, and structure.
Manage charity onboarding, due diligence, periodic assessments, and renewals.
Build and maintain strong communication and engagement with partner organizations.
Prepare donor proposals, reports, and impact documentation for major stakeholders.
Support senior leadership in planning and executing donor engagement initiatives.
Ensure high-quality donor service through structured communication and reporting.
Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
7–12 years of professional experience in the social development or nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated progression from execution-focused roles to leadership positions.
Proven experience leading teams and managing performance.
Skills & Competencies
Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills.
Process-driven with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
