I-Care Foundation is seeking an experienced and thoughtful leader to oversee its Programs, Partnerships & Donor Experience function. The successful candidate will manage strategic partnerships, strengthen operational systems, enhance donor engagement, and contribute to the organization's long-term social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Programs, Partnerships & Donor Experience department and manage the reporting team.
• Oversee grant disbursement and monitoring processes with a focus on transparency, accountability, and structure.
• Manage charity onboarding, due diligence, periodic assessments, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong communication and engagement with partner organizations.
• Prepare donor proposals, reports, and impact documentation for major stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership in planning and executing donor engagement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality donor service through structured communication and reporting.
• Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• 7–12 years of professional experience in the social development or nonprofit sector.
• Demonstrated progression from execution-focused roles to leadership positions.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing performance.
