Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for an experienced Manager – PMO (Technical) to lead and oversee technology projects from initiation to successful completion. The selected candidate will manage project managers, monitor project performance, ensure timely delivery within budget, and drive project governance while maintaining high-quality execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor project managers while monitoring their KPIs and performance.
• Track project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Communicate project updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, business objectives, and delivery timelines.
