Job Description

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is inviting applications for the position of Regional Coordinator (KP North) under its Orphan Family Support Program (OFSP). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing regional program activities, coordinating field operations, ensuring effective implementation of projects, and maintaining high standards of reporting and documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and monitoring of program-related projects across the assigned region.
  • Lead, supervise, and support Field Support Officers (FSOs) to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and execute effective regional plans to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Oversee the functioning of Study Centers and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare timely progress reports, budgets, and other program-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical thinking with strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Budget management and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation, Master's degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Applicants must possess domicile of the KP North Division/region.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required.
